"The Master Worker Guidebook," Volume I, 1997

This guidebook details how we developed a collaborative between Business, Industry, Government, and Education (BIGE) to develop a Master Worker Curriculum to prepare underrepresented students for the workforce of the 21st century. The book contains the processes used, our overall philosophy, and lessons learned. This document was disseminated to all 108 California community colleges in 1997.

"The Master Worker Guidebook," Volume II, 1999

This guidebook summarizes our Master Worker Curriculum delivery philosophy and approach, lessons learned, student evaluations, and recommendations to educators. This document was disseminated to all 108 California community colleges in 1999.

"The Master Worker Tool Book," 2000

This book serves as a guide for other educators to develop and deliver a Master Worker type curriculum at their institutions. It contains the successful philosophies and approaches used by Cerro Coso, sample exercises, delivery guides and facilitator notes. This document was disseminated to all 108 California community colleges in June 2000.
